HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY STATEMENT ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY STATEMENT

It is this Company's intention that its work will be carried out in accordance with the relative statutory provisions and all reasonably practicable measures be taken to avoid risk to its employees or others who may be effected by its works and undertakings. Management and Supervisory staffs have the responsibility for implementing this Policy throughout the Company and must ensure that health and safety considerations are always given priority in planning and day-to-day supervision of work. All employees and sub contractors are expected to co-operate with the Company in carrying out this Policy and must ensure that their own work, so far as is reasonably practicable is carried out without risk to themselves or others. Mr. T. H. Cinnamond having particular responsibility for health, safety and welfare should be contacted in the event of any difficulty arising in the implementation of this policy. The operation of this Policy will be monitored by the management and staff of the Company. The Company has retained a Safety Consultant who will regularly inspect sites to check the operation of the requirements of the Policy and compliance with legal requirements. This statement of Company Policy will be displayed at all sites and workplaces. Company Staff and employees will be provided with copies of Policy sections, which apply specifically to their work responsibilities. The organisation and arrangements for implementing the policy will be available at each site and workplace for reference by any employee as required.
